About Clodagh
Style has the power
to change far more
than how we look.
Identity stylist, confidence coach, founder of UNHIDDEN, RTÉ Today contributor — and, for more than twenty years before that, a senior technology executive leading global teams.
The story
I've always believed style has the power to change far more than how we look.
Long before founding UNHIDDEN, Clodagh trained as a personal stylist because she was fascinated by the relationship between confidence, identity and the way we present ourselves to the world.
Life then took her in a different direction. For over twenty years she built a successful international career as a senior technology executive, leading global teams, developing leaders and helping people grow in confidence in high-pressure environments.
Whether in the boardroom or the fitting room, she kept noticing the same thing: the women she met didn't lack ability. They didn't lack intelligence. And they certainly didn't lack style. They lacked confidence — and it had usually been knocked by something real: menopause, motherhood, weight changes, career transitions, loss, retirement, changing identities.
That realisation led her to create UNHIDDEN, and to build the Women's Confidence Ecosystem: trusted expertise, practical confidence tools and community in one place.

The Confidence Compass
Five points. One direction.
Everything Clodagh does is built around a five-part Confidence Compass: how you see yourself, how you present yourself, how you carry yourself, how you connect with others and how you show up for yourself.
Different experiences. Different women. One common denominator: confidence.
