This Is What We're Talking About

Hey, anyone have any tips on vitamins for perimenopause. I'm taking collagen, protein, vitamin D & C and magnesium but I'm still struggling with tiredness. 😥 Is it just a phase?

My bloods came back fine. I'm exhausted by late afternoon. I work full time but that's always been the case so nothing new there. If I'm missing any vitamins or something else please tell me 🙈

The idea

Confidence is affected by more than how we dress.

From changing bodies and hormones to careers, relationships, identity and how we see ourselves, there are many things that can knock a woman's confidence.

That's why Clodagh created Clos Muse — a Women's Confidence Ecosystem bringing trusted expertise, practical confidence tools and community together in one place.

“Lack of confidence is the common denominator across everyone I work with.”
— Clodagh Cruddas, interviewed by Kathy Donaghy, Irish Independent

Clodagh is absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her more highly. She has changed my life. Thanks to Clodagh I have a whole new wardrobe and interest in clothes. But more importantly she has given me so much confidence as I now know what suits me.
Riona MulhallGoogle review · Personal shopping & image consultation
Clodagh’s colour analysis consultation was truly eye-opening. Why have I been wearing black all my life?? Her warm welcome and expert guidance helped me discover a palette of colours that not only truly suit me, but colours I would never have ever looked at!

Confidence check-in

Where does your compass point?

Five quick questions. No wrong answers — just an honest look at where you are right now, and one good place to start.

  1. 1 of 5 · How you see yourself When you look in the mirror, do you see the woman you are today — or a list of things to fix?
  2. 2 of 5 · How you present yourself Does what you wear feel like you — or like a uniform for other people's expectations?
  3. 3 of 5 · How you carry yourself Do you walk into a room like you belong there?
  4. 4 of 5 · How you connect with others Do you start the conversation, or wait to be asked?
  5. 5 of 5 · How you show up for yourself In the last week, did you do one thing purely for yourself?

Your results

We can only score your answers with JavaScript switched on — so here's what every point of the compass has to say.

How you see yourself

Start with how you see yourself.

The mirror has been telling you a story, and it isn't the true one. Confidence starts with seeing the woman who's actually there — not the one you'd fix. Come and hear how other women rewrote that story.

Read the confidence conversations

How you present yourself

Let's talk about what you wear.

Style isn't rules or trends. It's the outward shape of how you feel inside — and when it stops feeling like you, everything else follows. Start with one thing that's unmistakably yours.

How you carry yourself

Practise taking up space.

Belonging in the room isn't something you wait to be handed. It's a habit — shoulders back, eyes up, one small brave thing at a time. This week's challenge is a very good place to start.

See this week's challenge

How you connect with others

Say the first thing.

Connection belongs to whoever goes first. You don't need the perfect line — you need to open your mouth and let the room meet you. Come and practise with women who get it.

How you show up for yourself

Put yourself back on the list.

You've been showing up for everyone else. UNHIDDEN is six weeks of showing up for you — no apology, no permission slip, no waiting for a better time.

Confidence dare

Not sure where to start? Take a dare.

Small, slightly terrifying, entirely doable. Tap the button, do the thing, tell us how it went.

  1. Wear the thing you've been saving. Style
  2. Say the first useful thing in your next meeting. Voice
  3. Book the table for one. Solo
  4. Wear a colour near your face that isn't black. Style
  5. Ask for the thing you've been hinting at. Ask
  6. Post a photo without checking it twice. Be seen
  7. Compliment a stranger. Out loud. Connect
  8. Leave the party when you want to leave. Boundaries
  9. Take the front seat. Space
  10. Say no without an explanation. Boundaries
  11. Wear the lipstick to the school gate. Style
  12. Introduce yourself first. Connect
